Tiivistelmä:The input-emphasizing growth model featuring consumption of a large amount of resource has led to inflation in China. For such a growth model, if we want to maintain high speed, we must input various production factors rapidly and in large quantities. But due to the low economic returns, too much input would cause excessive demand, thus leading to shortage resulting from excessive demand and inflation. Therefore, to eliminate inflation ,we should shift input-emphasizing growth model into efficiency-emphasizing growth model.
