| Tiivistelmä: | Instruction of the Yangtze business and trade corridor is to be quickened, and that of urban financial net works along the river promoted. Issues concerning development of the Yangtze Delta and the economic belt of the river area must be studied, where the information system of investment and cooperation is to be established. Awareness of regional economy should be strengthened, with shared concern over and support to regional development. Every means should be tried to smooth the rational flow of elements of production. Advantages of each city must be brought into full play , and networks of transportation along the Yangtze River constructed as soon as possible. |
