| Tiivistelmä: | Some problems in stock market were revealed from the quotation, full of action and excitement on the market in 1996. They include being chaotic in management system, relatively small in market scale, poor supervision and management, the behaviour of transaction , which is not standardised, and imperfect mechanism of risk control .To ensure that China's stock market will develop healthily and steadily in along period of time, we should make clear responsibilities, strengthen supervision and management, determine rationally the scale of market, balance market and standardise the listing companies in a bid to promote the development of stock market. At the same time, we should also speed up the development of China's financial market to create conditions for the development of stock market. |
