| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the environmental protection-related industries are small in scale, low in technological contents and backward in the construction of environmental protection market. Besides, the environmental protection-related products are not highly standardized and there is no unified macro management organ of environmental protection. The present policy and law and regulation environment hinders the rapid development of such industries. To solve these problems, we should establish the unified coordination organ of the whole city, improve management system, strengthen the construction of legal system and establish the standard system of environmental protection-related equipment and special instruments. Besides, we should attach importance to both training of personnel and scientific research and development. |
