| Tiivistelmä: | After over ten years of reform of social security system, the pattern of "combining social overall planning with individual account" has already been established initially, which basically incorporates the principle of "fairness and efficiency" developing simultaneously. But restricted by the overall level of economic development, the reform of social security system must be conducted steadily. To further promote such a reform, we must stress the management and use of and the preservation and increase of the value of social security fund. Only in this way, can the guranteeing role of China's social security system be brought into play in the development of economic reform. |
