| Tiivistelmä: | To start economic growth, Ningpo city should increase investment in fixed assets and capital construction and accelerate the technological transformation of the existing enterprises and the start of real estate market. To start market, it must increase domestic demand and start new consumption hot spots. Besides, it should make efforts to expand export in order to ensure the sustained growth of foreign trade. The support of finance to economy must be strengthened too for the increase of input, domestic demand and export specially needs the full support and close cooperation of the financial sector. It also needs to expand opening to the outside world. |
