As far as cities and towns are concerned, the universalization rates of colour TV, refrigerator and washing machine are only 34.4%, 15.9% and 41.5% respectively. The housing consumption is rising comprehensively, which will also bring along the development of decoration and building materials industries. The non-commodity consumption like communications culture and tourism will become the hot points of market consumption. The potential of demand for agricultural infrastructure facilities and means of production is greater. Therefore, in the course of increasing the internal demand, the increase of investment seale should be combined with the expansion of final consumption demand. Residents' income should be increased steadily, and so on. |
