| Tiivistelmä: | China has entered a period of productive force development since 1996. Our productive force level will rise at a high speed. The value of RMB will be continuously increased. However, in view of the current economic situation, we should adopt a more positive and effective policy of exchange rate: 1. to establish a goal area of RMB exchange rate, within which RMB exchange rate is adjusted automatically by the market. 2. to adjust the product structure, take the developing strategy of paying equal attention to enlarging domestic and foreign demand while take the domestic demand as the core, decrease the external dependence degree of economic development. |
