| Tiivistelmä: | The wage system of China's enterprises changed greatly in the past fifty years. In the new century, China's enterprises shall have more rights of their own to determine their employee's wages. The wages shall be the price signal of the true labour market and the rate of the wages in the market be the reference rate to decide the enterprises' internal wages. The enterprise wages shall have richer connotation. The principle of 'to each according to his labour' shall better be combined with that of distribution according to production factors and the system of the macro-regulation by the government be improved further. |
