| Tiivistelmä: | That China's economy will walk out of deflation is reflected by rapid increase of export, initial start up of domestic demands, gradual improvement of enterprises' benefits, and the falling tendency of prices of commodities being kept within limits. In these circumstances, choices for policies are as follows: expectance must be taken into consideration, and pay attention to pre-adjustments. Fiscal policy gives its position to monetary policy, and that, pay attention to cultivating policy mechanism, even more important, fiscal policy must emphasize structural adjustments. |
