| Tiivistelmä: | Venture investment fund should focus on the relationship-type financing and watch for an opportunity to consolidate it. The system of limited corporation with partnership funds, which is popular in developed countries, such as U.S.,etc., is worthy of being used for reference. It is improper to advocate that government provides credit guarantee for venture investment. We should strengthen the awareness of development of venture investment in China, moreover, we should also create necessary conditions for relationship-type financing. |
