Tiivistelmä:This study has explored current trends on women's uptake of graduate and executive education programs in the world's top 100 business schools (henceforth as: bus-schools). The extent to which these bus-schools promote female studentship and career advancement is examined. Among others, it is found that female graduate students averaged 30 percent in the sample bus-schools, a figure not reached by a majority of the elite schools, incl. some of the highest ranked. Only 10 percent of these bus-schools have a specialist center for developing women business leaders. Only a third provided with women-focused programs or executive education courses, including flextime options.
