| Tiivistelmä: | This research studied the values of MBA students in a business school in India. The data collection period was seven years. The values of students were measured upon entering the program as well as when they graduated. Results indicate that management education improves self-monitoring and enhances the significance of self-oriented values, while importance of others-oriented values diminishes. |
