| Tiivistelmä: | China's ongoing reform of the housing system enjoys ripe conditions and positive prospect. The original housing system is defective in that supply of housing is inefficient and demand swelling. To overcome these insufficiencies requires innovation of the housing system creation of the market mechanism; raising of fund by means of accumulation and perfection of the system of security; completion of comfortable housing projects and increase of effective supply of housing; and lending popular confidence to housing reform by raising rents and selling housing. |
