| Tiivistelmä: | The basic orientation of house financial policy is that policy and market should not conflict with each other, which includes the following two implications: One is stressing the guiding function of the government in solving the housing problem and the other is house financial policy's being completely marketized in the course of its operation. The preliminary framework for house financial system is to establish a multi-level, multi-pattern and pluralized system with the backing of specialized house financial institutions according to China's situation, which features coexistence of specialization and integration . Besides, to promote the house financial development consumers' goods and investment goods develop concurrently. |
