| Tiivistelmä: | Most scholars think that our real estate market in 1998-1999 has been "about to go up" with the ordinary commercial houses being probably the first type to start with. The housing commercialization process has seen the following problems: 1) the undeveloped housing banking market; 2) the contrast between too expensive house and too low income of ordinary residents; 3) nonstandard house mortgage market that hindered the growth of housing market. The actions to be taken are as follows: 1) to set up a pluralized housing finance in the secondary position; 2) To cut down the house price is still a powerful factor to initiate the real estate market; 3) to perfect the public house rent and sale mechanism to solve the problems of unfairness occurred in housing system transfer. |
