| Tiivistelmä: | To Buy or to Rent a Flat: Mistakes in Practice. The results of this paper demonstrate the mistakes which are made in practice by banks in advising clients to buy or to rent a flat. An astonishing result is reached - at least for the bank expert - that firstly the approximation in practice does not meet the theoretical approximation and secondly the exact criterion is much simpler than the approximation practice. |
