| Tiivistelmä: | The appraisal of trademarks which is one of the contents of appraisal of intellectual property rights (IPR) is, in fact, the appraisal of rights of trademarks. The present appraisal method of "physical assets" makes possible the appraisal of intellectual property rights. But the results of appraisal often can not reflect the actual value of IPR or market prices. Whether or not will a more suitable method of appraisal of trade marks be found? This author gives an introduction to two methods for reference and study. One is "reduction-difference-reduction method" and the other is "method of calculating super-income" both of which belong to "comparing oneself with oneself" method. The cases concerning the appraisal of value of trade marks include tort claims and assets valuation. |
