| Tiivistelmä: | The formulation of MPSB frameworks serves an important practical function of organizing the existing knowledge in management disciplines. These frameworks provide a cognitive filter to managment. They link systems thinking to managment disciplines and make them more accessible for practising managers. Using the field of decision support system as an example, this study note argues that such kinds of intellectual exercises, when based on critical systems thinking, contributes to the scientific progress in decision suport systems studies. |
