| Tiivistelmä: | It is said that information systems development (ISD) has been hampered by difficult relational issues between business and IT colleagues. To help fix the problem, several organisations have introduced relationship management initiatives (RM), but authors of this article argue that due to lack of evaluative framework for RM, their effects have been poor. This article addresses how they should be developed, by exploring RM's strengths and weaknesses and suggesting new future directions. |
