| Tiivistelmä: | The evaluation and assessment of Information Systems (IS) is becoming important and significant topic for study and practice. It is not clear from the extant literature within the field of IS evaluation (ISE) what aspects of knowledge (hereafter as: kn.) relate to human and organizational factors in the decision-making task. This paper aims to highlight components of kn. contributing to the overall ISE process, within a case organization. This is achieved by analysizing case study data against the well-known kn. transformation model proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995). As a result, a model is presented detailing these factors in the context of the ISE lifecycle. |
