| Tiivistelmä: | Subsidiarity is a principle of the allocation of competence between different actors, national and Community organs in our case. According to this principle only those tasks should be conferred on Community which cannot be solved by lower levels. The article examines the arguments in favour of introducing a general principle of subsidiarity in the future EC Treaties. |
