| Tiivistelmä: | With the development of China's opening reform, arbitration concerning foreign national is required to be internation- alized. It is naturals that it will meet all kinds of obstructions during this course. This article analyses the barriers in the respects of arbitration laws and regulations concerning with foreign nationals especially the problems of the narrow range of the items that can be arbitrated, the over-strictness with the effectiveness of the arbitration agreement. And denial of temporary arbitration. And it points out its weakness and proposes amendment and revisement in order to accelerate the development of the arbitration concerning foreign nationals in China. |
