| Tiivistelmä: | The general rule about the validity of laws issued on different levels of jurisdiction is that the law issued on higher level overrules that issued on lower level. This is the case with European versus national laws on competition too, with the proviso, that the object of the two kinds of laws be precisely the same. Otherwise the two laws should exist parallel. |
