| Tiivistelmä: | This paper indicates the necessity of quantitatively analyzing and controlling the forecasting process and result of Delphi forecasting method. It also puts forth the quantitative analysis index and feedback method of Delphi forecasting methods. This paper believes that using the quantitative index as feedback information and thus leading specialists to amend their opinions will effectively improve the measure of forecasting precision and accelerate the convergent speed. |
