| Tiivistelmä: | Enterprise re-setup refers to rethinking of and completely replanning the operational flow so as to largely improve quality, cost-effectiveness, service and efficiency. China is now trying to speed up enterprise reform pace and set up modern enterprise system. The re-setup of operational flow will surely provide some new ideas and approaches. Facing with the poorer basic management of enterprise, we have to make a strong ground for the management and clarify the operation processing flow in the process of setting modern enterprise system. |
