Tiivistelmä:The focus of this research is on the consumer process in the context of the online shopping environment in Singapore. Data was collected through an Internet survey, which produced 1133 responses. Structural equation model was used and it was found that perceived risk has a negative relationship with consumers' overall evaluation of the deal, and overall evaluation of the deal has a positive relationship with consumers' willingness to buy online.
