| Tiivistelmä: | Both domestic and foreign risk investment funds have come to Zhujiang River Delta in south China area one after another. Under such a very good situation, we should study and summarize conscientionsly America's and other countries' experience in risk investment and improve further the investment environment in that area from two aspects-- "software and hardware" according to China's national situation. Besides, we should establish CASDAQ to Shenzhen securities exchange in south China and turn it gradurally into a listing and trading centre for high and new tech industries in China and even in Asia on the basis of perfecting the related laws, regulations and systems. |
