| Tiivistelmä: | The development of Shanghai's opening to the outside world has brought a distinguished and major effect on economic growth and structural reforms deepening. However, there are some problems and contradictions not allowing neglecting. To further develop the plus effect of opening to the outside world on Shanghai's economic growth and structural reforms deepening and eliminate the minus defects, the following measures should be adopted: improving regulations as breakthrough point, create a favorable environment of opening to the outside world; with the emphasis of system construction, seek a balanced point between market protection and opening; produce highly qualified products to promote the development of national industry. |
