| Tiivistelmä: | The major cross-century changes in economy in northeast China are as follows: 1. An effect has been produced in deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises and implementing re-employment project; 2. The strategy of application of sci-tech to agriculture for agricultural industrialization and modernization has been implemented. 3. The tertiary industry and non-public sector are developing rapidly and private economy is developing somewhat. 4.some effect has been produced in introducing foreign investment and developing export-oriented economy. 5.High and new-tech industries as a new force are coming to the fore suddenly and the development of the informanization project of the national economy is being accelerated.These achievements reflect the good prospects of the economy in northeast China. |
