| Tiivistelmä: | This paper presents an exploratory study on the role of tourist experience in subsequent migration from the UK to Mallorca, Spain. The authors provide an overview of the literature on tourist satisfaction and migration. Based on interviews, in-depth micro-studies and a questionnaire, the results suggest that the motivation given by tourist satisfaction is the main catalyst for migration. However, the decisions to migrate are multi-stage, and it's not possible to ignore completely classic migration motivations. |
