| Tiivistelmä: | The implementation of computerization projects in companies more and more often calls for the contribution of a specialized contractor capable of furnishing the necessary know-how. In such situations it is important to combine the capabilities of both the contracting company and the contractor to form a real partnership. The information systems specialist provides aid in computerized information. This contractor is generally the information technology service society which fulfills consulting functions and assists in putting the information system into operation. A plan for more efficient projects is recommended. A few illustrative diagrams help to understand the structure and the processes are described. |
