| Tiivistelmä: | At the end of 1990 citizen of former GDR were questioned about their opinion of the old (GDR) and the new health insurance system. They evaluated the old system much more positively than objective indicators justify. First of all they appreciated the old system's care for mother and child. Expectations towards the new system differ by age and by service area. |
