| Tiivistelmä: | The author, himself an expert in construction gives a historical survey about the activity of construction experts in GDR. There were two large groups, evaluation and technical experts. Evaluation was difficult because of the many state price decrees which set rents at ridiculously low levels. For some time evaluation expertise was not allowed at all, later it became a part-time profession. |
