Tiivistelmä: | This article reviews and applies a strategic new product development (NPD) networking maturation process (here as: n-m-p.) developed for organisations employing networks in order to develop successful new products. Described is the development of a strategic NPD n-m-p. model compatible with current global NPD practices and environments. It is noted that strategic NPD networking for NPD is not a discrete event but a process with many stages which are described and include awareness, exploration, commitment and dissolution. It is suggested that starting a strategic NPD n-m-p. is similar to the processes of the adoption and implementation of an important innovation. |
