| Tiivistelmä: | In recent years, the proportion of the foreign businessmen making investment in kind has been rising. Most of them have made investment in equipment. The main problems that occur are 1.The foreign businessmen overstated the prices of equipments, which has done harm to the Chinese side in the joint ventures, insurance companies and banks; 2.The Chinese side was cheated by the foreign businessmen who substituted the old equipments for the new ones; 3.The imported equipments and technology were all obsolete. The article puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen management. |
