| Tiivistelmä: | In view of the shortage of skilled workers and managers on external labour markets, the strategic importance of internal markets has increased accordingly, although their potential for corporate productivity and flexibility seems to have escaped the attention of personnel managers. It is the latter's task to develop the internal mobility potential of the enterprise by means of appropriate work structuring strategies and training policies. That is one of the key moves in developing internal labour markets. A second component aims at creating conditions to reduce the level of staff turnover. |
