| Tiivistelmä: | The article discusses the role of exports in the Netherlands, the actual small business share therein, some measures to stimulate exports and the hidden potential of small business. It also provides a description of a regression analysis of the performance differential between small and large businesses depending upon export share. Suggestions for an awareness programm for stimulating small business exports have been outlined. The conclusion is that risks of payment remain unavoidable but that lack of knowledge and experience must and can be reduced. |
