| Tiivistelmä: | Some problems have cropped up since 1992 in the development of real estate industry in China and they are mainly: 1.serious waste of land resources; 2.the market for transfer of state-owned land is confused; 3.serious drain of profits from real estate; 4.re- development goes beyond reality; 5.the development of real estate is swashbuckling. The author explains reasons of these problems and sets forth his ideas on the management policies over real estate. |
