| Tiivistelmä: | China's landed property mainly refers to the transfer and retransfer of right to use the land after lease approval and investment in the piece of land that is transferred with the transfer of right to use the land. It is an administrative behavior instead of falling into the market category that the government imposes land levies and approve lease of right to use the land. Compared with western countries, China's landed property market does not include transactions of land proprietary rights. |
