| Tiivistelmä: | The international work of the small business centres as well as their clients needs developing. A necessary starting point for centres was the development of the international experience of their younger staff. For the small business itself, there remained considerable scope for support and development of international SME programmes. A number of informal initiatives within the efmd have stagnated. While individual exchanges and collaboration in this respect were still being explored, there was a need for major urgent action. |
