Tiivistelmä:It is no secret that managing a brand is a daunting task. Using today's technology, companies can involve customers in new product development and thus speed up the time it takes to get the market to accept a new product. Marketing managers must take responsibility for systems that link companies with customers, suppliers, and distributors. They must give consumers access and think of feedback as part of product development. It is even possible that marketing will no longer be one group but will become every employee's responsibility. Marketing will change, and managers must be prepared to change with it.
