| Tiivistelmä: | An article in the last issue of this magazin looked at recent publications on the controversial subject of Business Process Reengineering (BPR). This article reviews suggestions on how to implement BPR projects. Much of the advice mirrors previous writings on managing strategic change and, as might be expected, whilst there is a fair degree of consensus on some points there are also some notable divergencies of emphasis. |
