Three years ago, Xu Xianghong and Leng Ning bought a new Sony colour television set in Beijing. After bringing it home, however , they found that its functions were different from those advertised in a brochure that had picked up at a new products exhibition. When they failed to get satisfaction from the local dealer, they decided to sue Sony for false advertising. |
