| Tiivistelmä: | The theme introduced in this Special Issue -- Strategic Management and Decision Support Systems -- is one of the areas in which decision support systems should not have any decisive role to play, as the actors on the scene are senior managers and they cannot be expected to spend much time on a DSS. The author reports about a research group that collected some findings a few years ago in a research program carried out in co-operation with the Finnish forest products industry. |
