| Tiivistelmä: | A theory of market imperfections and organizational structure in developing countries is elaborated. Three mechanism - culture,organizations and markets - coordinating socio-economic transactions are discussed and compared with one another. The potential catalysts for changing the structure of organizations in developing countries are also discussed. These catalysts include: maturation of the labour market,more reliable input supplies, appropriate leadership styles,growth and specialization. A framework is provided for linking knowledge to action. |
