| Tiivistelmä: | The application of computerized personnel information systems for personal management and especially for personnel planning has developed into a field of disagreement within the companies. At present there is scarcely any company where a computerized personnel information system has been introduced without raising conflict between the employer and the employee's council. This disagreement comes down to the fact that this information system might be used for the benefit of the employee and as well against him. The dispute has obtained new accents by the directives of the Bundesverfassungsgericht on the Data Safeguard Law. |
