| Tiivistelmä: | Company development projects are a very different and typically French way to meet change. It is analyzed what the experiences of four companies are in running projects in different situations for several years, the companies' reasons for initiating projects, project evolution and the evaluation of their effect on the companies. It is noted in particular how the integration of human resources management is favored in management as a whole by contributing to the adaptability of a company to change. At the same time this project is now the best developed measure in French context to influence corporate culture. |
