| Tiivistelmä: | There are new tendencies in the law regarding area of activity of conciliation committee. There were some judgments of Federal Court of Labour which reshaped power relations between entrepreneur's conceptual decision and company interference. The new jurisprudence leads the discussion towards the functional task of conciliation committee regarding the dividing line between entrepreneur's preliminary decision and company interference. The jurisprudence has a stressed role in reshaping the conditions of the activity of the parties in the FRG. |
