| Tiivistelmä: | The price response function is one of the most important concepts in price theory. In order to use this concept to support price decisions in practice the price response function has to be operationalized and calibrated. Methods for calibration are presented. The focus is on application problems and experiences. The research projects of today will contribute to the more valid and differentiated determination of price response function in future. The methodological improvement and experience gain is unimaginable without permanently advancing hard- and software in electronic data processing. |
